I read lots of UK papers and it has been so strange to see them gagged about this. If this story was not so well blocked and hard to find, I never would of written this post. I was getting fed up trying to figure out who this was about.
Also the UK papers kept saying “everyone” in the US knew who it was, and that was just not true.
It was not on any of the usual gossipy places or major news outlets. So digging I went so you don’t have to.

Apparently David Furnish had a threesome with some other couple. Kinda Sleazy really. Then he did it again a few months later with some other people. Oh my.
Elton is suppose to have known about this infidelity and been okay with it. The couple involved then decided to sell their story, (why are people so scummy like this?), and David went to court to gag the papers and media in the UK. Which is a thing famous people can do there. Supposedly he went and did it again a few months later with another couple, so it is hard to know if Elton John and David Furnish have an agreement that ongoing infidelity is okay. I do feel bad for their kids. It would be a bummer to grow up and google your parents and find stories like this one.

THE celebrity who gagged The Sun on Sunday over a three-way sex session cheated on their famous spouse with a different lover five months later.

The revelation comes as we are still bound by an injunction preventing those involved in the threesome being named — despite being outed in the US.

The fresh cheating allegation will further anger those who feel the courts have been used by the famous married couple to hide their embarrassment.

The lover told The Sun on Sunday: “When you see them in the media they give this illusion of a perfect family life.

“What I am seeing and reading about them is disgusting. It’s a sham and upsets me a lot. If I could I would tell the star to remember their roots and where they came from — and keep your fingers out of the cookie jar.”

It has also emerged that the Government is to introduce new measures stop the famous and powerful from using their wealth to buy silence from the courts.

Justice Secretary Michael Gove wants to write the changes when he scraps the Human Rights Act and replaces it with the British Bill of Rights.

He is expected to include safeguards for freedom of speech and expression that will trump the right to private life.

It says million of Americans are reading, yet I cannot find any websites with this story!
Update: even now a week later if you google this story, none of the major news outlets in America are
covering it. A few blogs come up and the National Enquirer story and that is it.

If you were to buy a physical copy of the UK’s Daily Mail yesterday you would see something a little out of the ordinary.

The British tabloid has published a sensational story on a famous celebrity who cheated on his spouse by engaging in threesomes with another couple — nothing unusual, you say?

Well, large chunks of the article have been blacked out to comply with an injunction that the celebrity has obtained against the British press to hide his identity.

In a further act of defiance, the editors of the popular tabloid also published a piece calling the law that allows stars to gag newspapers from reporting details of their extramarital affairs “an a**”.

Here is what the scummy person who says he was part of the threesome and whom is trying to sell the story said:

A man at the center of a celebrity threesome gagging order has spoken out, pleading for the mystery couple to reveal their identities.

A privacy injunction has prevented the celebrity couple being named in British media.

The man, who claims he took part in a threesome with the partner of a famous celebrity, has pleaded for them to break their silence – even claiming he has been threatened to keep quiet.

He told the Sun: “What about our human rights and freedom of expression?

“It is not just about this story any more — it’s a wider issue; and people like them should not be able to use the courts to stop this stuff just because they have got pots of money.”

He claims he feels “bullied and harassed” by the star, and alleges that he’s been threatened with JAIL if he speaks out.

It comes after it was revealed recently that a celebrity, who has a young family with his spouse, had been involved in a threesome with another couple – who have since tried to sell their story.

This is the first information I have found naming the person selling this story, or trying to.

The Enquirer reports U.K. businessman Daniel Laurence claims he had three encounters with Furnish, including one that involved “risky sex.”

According to Laurence, on at least two occasions Furnish demanded — and had — unprotected sex with him. (Elton John’s lawyers denied Furnish had unprotected sex with Laurence, the Enquirer reports.)

The unprotected sex allegation is particularly damaging because Furnish helps run his husband’s eponymous AIDS Foundation.

Laurence also alleges that Furnish joined he and husband Pieter Van den Bergh for a threesome.

Elton, 69, and Toronto-born Furnish, 53, have been together for 23 years and were married in December 2014. The couple has two sons, Zachary, 5, and Elijah, 3, from a surrogate.

Update- Here is some juicy and rather nasty type of details. Avert your eyes if you do not to read that type of information.

The two men continued to communicate online — and saw each other again at an event in Palm Springs — but did not have sex again until April 2010. Laurence alleges the tryst took place in the London home Furnish shares with Elton John. The Enquirer published a Facebook chat it claims is between Furnish and Laurence. In it, Furnish asks Laurence about having a threesome. “I am getting hard thinking about it,” Furnish allegedly wrote. “I have to be sooooooo careful.” The threesome, which allegedly took place at the home of Laurence in December 2011, involved wrestling in a pool of olive oil. Laurence also alleged that Furnish was “into being tied up and dominated.” The Enquirer article comes only days after news that Elton John is facing a sexual harassment lawsuit from a former bodyguard. Jeffrey Wenninger alleges the singer groped him and encouraged him to show his penis.

Small update for this detail-A married celebrity who had a threesome with another couple whilst “splashing around in a paddling pool filled with olive oil” has won an injunction preventing the story being printed in the UK. The celebrity has already been named thousands of times on social media and in print by a US magazine, but the story and identifying the celebrity is been banned in the UK.
I had not heard the pool filled with olive oil story!

David Furnish was born and raised in Toronto and graduated from the University of Western Ontario.

He was a co-producer of the 2011 made-in-Toronto animated film Gnomeo & Juliet and the Toronto-shot 2006 comedy It’s a Boy Girl Thing.

Furnish was also an executive producer of the CTV series Spectacle: Elvis Costello with… and the stage show Billy Elliott: The Musical.

Late last year, Furnish shared a photo of the couple’s sons during a visit to his parents in Canada.
It was from his Instagram account and since I put it up here on Monday, he has removed all his images.
Smart move David Furnish. Batten down the hatches for sure. This is just getting started.

Who is the first couple that had the affair with David Furnish and started this whole thing?
It has been hard to find much details on them.

You know what is crazy? If you google this story you cannot find it anywhere actually listing the people involved. Even in the US, where there is no gag order. The only place I found it was on the National Enquirer. Even they are not making this the lead story for their website.
Now a “Scottish” newspaper named them, but which one and where is it? I cannot find a thing on any Scottish news sites.

The supreme court has extended the interim privacy injunction preventing identification of a celebrity who has been involved in a three-way sexual encounter.

The case has escalated into a public battle over the issue of whether or not injunctions banning publication can be sustained in the era of the internet, when websites beyond national jurisdictions can be read in the UK.

The decision by the country’s highest court follows a four-month legal dispute involving the Sun on Sunday. A full trial of the issue is expected later this year.
