Supreme Court judges decide if entertainer name from “Celebrity Threesome Injunction” should finally be revealed and the answer is NO.
This has been quite the legal ride, don’t you think? Today the court decided to keep the injunction in place until a later time. That later time could last over a year! I would have to say it looks like David Furnish and Elton John won this one. This will languish in the court of appeals.
The court seems like they want to see the back of it as well.
Injunction to remain until justices return with a judgement
“We will take time to consider this matter and we will obviously try and produce our judgement at soonest opportunity,” Lord Neuberger told the court when they returned.
“Order made by the court of appeal imposing a temporary injunction will continue because it continues until we make a further order. I don’t think it’s necessary to make another order at this stage.”
Court is now adjourned and boom! 🙂
No one is going to care in a week, much less a year.
What does this mean? It means all those papers and media outlets in the UK are not going to be able to reveal their names.
It also means that the legal company that Elton and David hired to take down links, will continue to do so.
It looks like the people who answered my poll about the “rich being able to buy their way out of trouble”, is correct.

One member of the celebrity couple to whom the injunction applies – who has children and whose spouse is well known – is alleged to have had a threesome with another couple out of wedlock. Experts claim the case may now have cost the couple £1million.
What I find interesting is the use of the word, “believe” they know. So maybe the
actual printing or respectable media outlets not being able to name them, has people not sure if this story is false rumors or gossip or real? That alone is good reason for the couple to keep fighting it.
